Every Bruma order is sent with tracking. You'll get an email when it's on its way.
Delivery times & cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Complimentary worldwide on orders over $150.
- Vietnam — 1–3 business days
- United States — 5–9 business days · duties calculated at checkout, no bill on delivery
- Europe & United Kingdom — 4–7 business days · price at checkout is the final price
- Australia & New Zealand — 6–10 business days
- Rest of Asia — 5–10 business days
- Everywhere else — 7–14 business days
Orders are dispatched from Ho Chi Minh City, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or Vietnamese public holidays are processed the next business day.
Made-to-order pieces
Some pieces are made after you order. Where that's the case it's noted on the product page, and it adds 3–5 days before dispatch.
Duties & import taxes
- EU & UK: duties and VAT are included at checkout. Nothing to pay on delivery.
- United States: import duties are collected at checkout, so there's no customs bill on arrival.
- Other countries: any duties charged on arrival are set by your local customs and are the recipient's responsibility.
Problems
